Community Outreach Request Form

If you'd like PGCMLS to table at your event and share information about our programs and services, please complete the following form. To aid in planning, please submit your requests at least four weeks before your event. Submission of this form does not guarantee our availability; an email confirmation will be sent if we are able to attend.


Please note:

  • We only provide services within Prince George’s County.
  • We prioritize outreach to underserved communities and groups with barriers to access.
  • We participate in events that support the Library's mission.
  • We prioritize events with free admission that are open to the general public.
