Telephone reference service will not be available from Wednesday July 8th through Friday July 10th, while all of our agents are in training related to the Library’s Phased Reopening plan.

Your questions and concerns are important to us, and can also be submitted using the “Ask a Librarian” email reference service on our website at You will receive a response to your emailed question within two business days.

Information call center agents will be back to answer your questions on Monday July 13th, and our hours of operation for the week of July 13th through 17th will be 1 to 5 PM.
